Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using event HUBibi ("the Platform"), including the website at eventhubibi.app and the event HUBibi mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

event HUBibi is an events discovery platform for Dubai that allows users to discover events, RSVP, check in at venues, connect with friends, and participate in a gamification system including XP, levels, and challenges.

The Platform serves three user types: event-goers (guests), venue owners, and artists.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Create fake events or venues
• Manipulate the gamification system (XP farming, fake check-ins, etc.)
• Use automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization

5. Venue Owners & Artists

Venue owners and artists who register on the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate venue/artist information and event details
• Keep event listings up to date (cancellations, time changes, etc.)
• Respect the privacy of users who RSVP or attend events
• Not use attendee data for purposes outside the Platform
• Comply with all local regulations regarding events and venues

6. Gamification System

event HUBibi includes a gamification system with XP points, levels, and challenges. This system is designed to enhance the event discovery experience.

• XP and rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to adjust XP values, challenge requirements, and rewards
• Manipulation of the gamification system may result in account penalties or termination
• Rankings are calculated based on legitimate activity only

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, profile info, event descriptions)
• By posting content, you grant event HUBibi a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform
• event HUBibi branding, design, and code are our intellectual property
• You may not reproduce or distribute Platform content without permission

8. Messaging

The Platform provides messaging features between users and venues. Messages are encrypted and stored securely. You agree not to use messaging for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

• event HUBibi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of event listings or venue information
• We are not responsible for events organized by third-party venues or artists
• We are not liable for any disputes between users, venues, or artists
• Service availability may be interrupted for maintenance or updates

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, event HUBibi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
